Wild Lettuce (Lactuca Virosa) also known as opium lettuce is a herb native to South and Central Europe. Wild lettuce has historically been used to improve the vividness of dreams.
The feelings are described as dreaminess and sleepy. Like opium, Wild Lettuce also influences the central nervous system. Depending on the amount taken, the effects can range from a euphoric and relaxed feeling to a painkilling effect.
The herb can be taken pure, but can also be combined with other herbs to enhance the effect. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 1 gram.
